You pay 20% upfront to get started. This secures your project slot and covers initial discovery work. The remaining 80% is split: 40% after we complete scoping together (so you see exactly what we're building), and the final 40% when the project is complete and delivered.
The 40% scoping payment happens AFTER we define the exact scope together. If requirements change significantly, we'll discuss adjustments before moving forward. You're never locked into work you don't want.
No. The price you see is the price you pay. Some services include optional monthly support ($500/month), which is clearly stated. There are no setup fees, onboarding charges, or surprise costs.
Monthly support includes bug fixes, minor updates, performance monitoring, and email/chat support during business hours. It's optional for most services but recommended if you want ongoing maintenance.
Most services take 2-6 weeks from retainer payment to delivery. Complex integrations (like full ERP systems) may take 8-12 weeks. We'll give you an exact timeline during the scoping phase.
