Most workshops accommodate up to 15 attendees. Executive sessions are limited to 10 participants for more focused discussion. If you need to train more people, we can run multiple sessions or customize a larger program.
We offer both! Virtual training is included in the base price. Onsite training is available for an additional travel fee (typically $2,000-$5,000 depending on location). Virtual sessions use Zoom with screen sharing and breakout rooms.
You can reschedule up to 7 days before the session at no charge. Cancellations or reschedules within 7 days may incur a 25% fee. We understand things come up and will work with you to find a new date.
Yes! Every participant receives a digital training manual, templates, checklists, and access to our resource library. You'll also get recordings of the session for future reference.
Absolutely. We tailor every training session to your industry, workflows, and specific challenges. Before the session, we'll meet with you to understand your needs and customize examples and exercises.

Yes! Every training includes 30 days of email support. If you need extended support, we offer monthly retainer packages starting at $1,500/month for dedicated coaching and Q&A sessions.
We provide official recordings of all sessions. You're welcome to use these internally for training purposes. We ask that recordings not be shared publicly or with external parties.
All sessions are recorded and shared within 24 hours. Attendees who miss the live session can watch the recording and still receive the training materials. However, they'll miss the interactive Q&A and hands-on exercises.
Participants receive a Certificate of Completion for each training program. For bootcamps, participants who complete the hands-on project receive an Advanced Certification. These are recognized credentials in the industrial AI space.
Yes! We can issue separate invoices for different departments or cost centers. Just let us know your billing requirements when you book.
Full refund if you cancel 30+ days before the session. 50% refund for cancellations 14-30 days out. No refund for cancellations within 14 days, but you can reschedule to a future date at no charge.
